Payment, cancellation

  1. A deposit of 50% of the accommodation fee is required when booking. In the case of a bank transfer, we will send a fee request, and upon receipt of the amount, we will issue a deposit invoice.The remaining amount must be paid prior to arrival, no later than 3 days before arrival.
  2. If you cancel your reservation, we can refund the 50% deposit under the following conditions:
    • In case of cancellation more than 30 days before booking (arrival): the full amount of the deposit will be refunded.
    • In case of cancellation within 30 days before booking (arrival): the deposit is non-refundable.
  3. If we are unable to fulfill the reservation, we will refund the amount paid or, if possible, offer an alternative date. No further compensation claims can be asserted.
  4. In the event of force majeure, we will primarily provide rebooking, failing which the amount paid will be refunded. No further compensation claims can be made.

 

Arrival/Departure

  1. The apartment building is located at: 8640 Fonyód, Fő utca 119.
  2. The apartment can be picked up from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, and can be left until 10:00 AM on the last day of the reservation.
  3. We welcome our guests personally and provide a tour.
  4. In addition, we try to be flexible with your arrival and departure times! If you let us know in advance, we will arrange for your stay to be as comfortable as possible upon your arrival. However, we ask that you arrive exactly at the time you requested.
  5. If your arrival coincides with the cleaning time, we ask for your patience until the cleaning of the entire apartment is completed, but we will free up some rooms for you (dining room, living room, summer kitchen) where you can comfortably fit in, unpack, and rest.

 

Cleanliness

  1. If you receive the apartment in an unsatisfactory state of cleanliness, please inform us upon check-in.
  2. The apartment building will be cleaned after your departure, but we ask that you collect the trash in the trash cans provided during your stay, and for your convenience, replace the full trash cans with the provided trash bags. 
  3. Please collect the full trash bags in the designated place, in the paved area in front of the entrance to the house.
  4. Although we love pets, we cannot accommodate pets in Kégli.
  5. In order to maintain cleanliness, do not scatter cigarette butts in the yard and around the apartment, but collect them in the designated ashtrays and trash cans.
  6. For reservations longer than a week, we provide cleaning, as well as a change of towels and bed linen. 

 

Pets

  1. Only well-behaved, clean pets are allowed at the accommodation.
  2. The owners are responsible for the pets during their stay.
  3. The owner of the animals or the person making the reservation is responsible for compensating for any damage caused.
  4. In the case of pets, please pay special attention to cleanliness.

 

Use of house, rooms, garden

  1. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms of the apartment.
  2. Please use the furnishings for their intended purpose. 
  3. Please do not rearrange the furniture, but if you still need to do so, please let us know.
  4. We ask that you do not take the furnishings and equipment of the apartments, including towels, bed linen, decorative elements (e.g. dog statue), etc. out of the house.
  5. The towels provided are for personal use only, please do not use them as beach towels, or take them out to the garden by the pool or tub, for sunbathing, or drying off.
  6. Upon departure, the apartments will be inspected and in the event of any damage, the guest is obliged to reimburse the resulting costs. For this reason, we ask that you report any damage to us immediately upon receipt.
  7. Please report any malfunctions or problems to us. We will try to repair, replace, or replace it as soon as possible.
  8. Please do not take the keys to the rooms out of the lock and do not take them with you.
  9. Please take care of all recreational equipment and toys: board games, children's toys, balls, badminton equipment, ping-pong table and related equipment, foosball table, etc. and use them for their intended purpose. If you experience any damage, please let us know.

 

Pool, tub

  1. The use of the pool and hot tub is solely at your own risk, taking into account your individual health status. In the case of minor guests, constant adult supervision is required.
  2. Please arrive at the pool and hot tub clean, use the foot wash basin and shower before entering.
  3. If the water becomes contaminated and needs to be replaced or disinfected, the resulting costs will be borne by the guest.
  4. In the case of children who are not clean, the use of an appropriate swim diaper is mandatory.
  5. Please do not wear street shoes or inappropriate clothing in the pool and hot tub.
  6. The use of the pool and hot tub is not permitted under the influence of alcohol, medication or any mind-altering substance.
  7. It is prohibited to eat, drink, smoke or pollute the water in the pool and hot tub in any way.
  8. Please do not jump into the pool and the hot tub, and only enter and exit at designated points.
  9. Only the provided firewood and briquettes can be used to heat the hot tub. Lighting a fire is only permitted for adult guests. Please constantly monitor the water temperature and do not heat it further if it overheats.
  10. Please use the equipment and tools belonging to the pool and the hot tub for their intended purpose. In the event of any malfunction or abnormality, please report it immediately.
  11. After using the pool, please replace and secure the pool cover in the designated manner.
  12. For comfortable and safe use, please follow the instructions described here.

 

Services

  1. Wi-Fi network is provided on all levels of the house, the network name and password can be found on the bottom of the main router in the living room, or on a posted information board.
  2. Cable TV is available for guests, the pay video library is encrypted, and can be accessed on request.
  3. All rooms are air-conditioned. Please use the air conditioners as intended, with closed doors and windows, and turn them off when leaving the house.

 

Fire making, pot roasting, grilling

  1. Fires, pot-bellied grilling, and grilling are permitted only at the guest's own risk and for adult guests. In the case of minors, parental supervision is required.
  2. Fires, pot-bellied grilling, and grilling are only permitted in the designated area and using the wood, charcoal, and briquettes provided and purchased for this purpose.
  3. In case of fire, always prepare a bucket of fire extinguishing water as a precaution.

 

Disturbance of peace

  1. There are families living in the neighborhood of the apartment building who also deserve a rest, so between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, we ask that you refrain from listening to loud music or making noise in the garden or in the house that would disturb the community.
  2. If your neighbors do complain and the disturbance proves to be real, we may ask you to leave the accommodation after the second notice during your stay, which you are obliged to comply with. In this case, the accommodation fee for the remaining days will not be refunded.

 

By paying the deposit, you accept the described house rules and confirm your compliance with and enforcement of them, and you also confirm that you use the apartment building and its outdoor areas at your own risk.
